XAVIER MORENO Sissy Xavi is an actor, graphic designer, a spoken word artist, and a Boyle Heights Historian. His schooling came from the same barrio that raised him: Boyle Heights. Constantly expelled from school and caught in the middle of gang violence, theatre was the only answer. Xavi is currently writing his first one-man show recounting the turmoil and eccentricities of his experiences growing up in the immigrant community that inspired his writing. His most recent performances include pop rocks fanatic Frankie in Company of Angel's L.A Views: Ten Minutes At A Time and smooth Moy in Always & Forever.
