Marcos is a proud new Angeleno and first-time cast member with the Company of Angels. Originally from Phoenix, Marcos is a company actor for Childsplay Theatre of Arizona where he originated the role of Chicano education pioneer Tomas Rivera in Jose Cruz Gonzalez' national tour of Tomas and the Library Lady. Other favorite productions include Cornerstone Theatre's premiere of Lethe by Octavio Solis, Las Mujeres de Juarez with Teatro Bravo, Voices of Valor with UT Austin/ASU Gammage, La Rosa Still Grows Beyond the Wall by L.A. powerhouse Jose 'CC' Casas and multiple productions with New Carpa Theatre and Southwest Shakespeare. He is also writing his one-man show Jabon based on the oral histories of brown people who were punished for speaking Spanish in school.
